Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to the resources, encouragement, and care needed to succeed by connecting at-risk youth and families to wrap-around services, community partners, and essential support systems. We founded this organization with the belief that a child should never have to face hardship without support, and a family should never walk through uncertainty without connection. The James Mai Children’s Foundation serves as a support hub for at-risk children and families, connecting youth and caregivers to trusted schools, nonprofits, service providers, and community partners. We coordinate solutions that address academic, emotional, social, and essential needs. We step in to fill critical gaps, remain present beyond a moment or milestone, and help families identify not just immediate help, but sustainable pathways forward.
Our impact is rooted in empowerment, stability, and connection. We provide mentorship, academic support, leadership development, and programs that build confidence in young people. We connect families to wellness resources, counseling, food stability, crisis assistance, and guidance during life’s most uncertain moments.
